  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
  • Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
  • Perform errands or transportation as needed
Requirements
  • One year of home care experience
  • HHA Certificate or CNA license (preferred)
  • Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
  • CPR
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
