Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our growing team in the energy industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, building relationships with industry professionals, and working closely with clients to understand their staffing needs.

About the Role

  • Sourcing resumes through internal databases, job boards, and referrals
  • Assessing candidate qualifications, compensation needs, and career goals
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the hiring process
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with a network of energy industry professionals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high call volume
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
