Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that encourage development across various domains, including language, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
  • Establish a warm, inviting, and inclusive classroom setting where every child feels safe, appreciated, and supported.
  • Oversee daily classroom routines, such as meal times, nap times, and transitions, ensuring a structured yet adaptable schedule.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's progress, interests, and needs, utilizing this information to tailor instruction and support for each individual.
  • Engage in regular and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and achievements, fostering strong partnerships in their educational journey.
