Key Responsibilities
  • Possess knowledge about meal plans, campus facilities, and the overall Dining Services Program.
  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator in executing marketing events throughout the academic year.
  • Support themed events by managing setup, activities, and student engagement.
  • Participate in retail sampling initiatives to introduce new menu offerings.
  • Engage in tabling events and activities to educate peers about meal plans.
  • Provide assistance during orientation sessions and campus events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to generate social media content for Dining Services.
  • Deliver presentations to guests and students, addressing inquiries related to Dining Services.
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback for the Dining Services Team.
  • Utilize available tools and technology to promote meal plan sales.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  • Ensure the security of company resources.
  • Comply with Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
  • Enjoys a lively work atmosphere and demonstrates a competitive sales spirit.
  • Shows interest in sales and marketing.
  • Has a passion for creating social media content.
  • Desires to actively engage with customers to boost meal plan sales.
  • Exhibits strong guest service capabilities.
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-driven and possesses strong communication skills with managers, customers, and families.
  • This role may involve physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
