Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to an assigned group of patients. This role involves coordinating and supervising nursing personnel to ensure effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic patient care procedures and administer medication as needed.
Organize patient care effectively and prioritize tasks to meet patient needs.
Collect and analyze patient data to develop a comprehensive care plan.
Collaborate with caregivers to implement the care plan and achieve patient goals.

Requirements

RN licensure and BCLS certification.
ACLS certification may be required for certain units.
Graduate of an approved school of Nursing and one year of experience in the department clinical specialty.
BSN degree is preferred.
