Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, implementing and evaluating their plans of care
  • Manage the environment to maintain resident safety and supervise nursing assistants
  • Follow all center policies and procedures, adhering to the standards of care for the area
  • Perform duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State as an LPN
  • Current CPR certification
  • Able to use necessary supplies and equipment
  • Able to calculate drug dosage
  • Meets all health requirements imposed by law
  • Ability to relate positively with residents, families, and staff
