Autonomous Systems Field Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the testing of our autonomous systems in various environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in autonomous system operations and experience in coordinating and executing field tests.
Key Responsibilities- Design, schedule, and coordinate field tests for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with leaders, engineers, and sponsor representatives to develop and execute test events
- Apply experience with autonomous system operations to develop test events and write test procedures and protocols
- Participate in test events as a lead, member, or coordinator
- Evaluate and analyze test results to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the military with experience in development, testing, or operation of autonomous systems
- Strong organizational skills and experience as a coordinator or facilitator
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals of different experience levels and backgrounds
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance and ultimately a Top-Secret level clearance
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the military with experience in development, testing, and operation of autonomous systems
- Experience with field logistics, such as security, shipping, and hazardous materials
- Active Top Secret security clearance
