Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the testing of our autonomous systems in various environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in autonomous system operations and experience in coordinating and executing field tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, schedule, and coordinate field tests for autonomous systems
  • Collaborate with leaders, engineers, and sponsor representatives to develop and execute test events
  • Apply experience with autonomous system operations to develop test events and write test procedures and protocols
  • Participate in test events as a lead, member, or coordinator
  • Evaluate and analyze test results to draw conclusions and make recommendations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the military with experience in development, testing, or operation of autonomous systems
  • Strong organizational skills and experience as a coordinator or facilitator
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals of different experience levels and backgrounds
  • Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance and ultimately a Top-Secret level clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the military with experience in development, testing, and operation of autonomous systems
  • Experience with field logistics, such as security, shipping, and hazardous materials
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
