About the PositionThe ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in the United States. A strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience working with pediatric and adult patients, is essential for success in this position.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, providing personalized treatment plans to enhance their communication skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless patient support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Offer counseling and education to patients and their families, empowering them to navigate complex communication challenges.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- An active SLP license in the United States, with ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients, with a strong understanding of linguistic and cultural nuances.
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
