Job Overview

Hillcrest Country Club is seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and linens.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to members and guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, including handling payments and making change.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member and guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dining or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits a plus.
