About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Groundperson to join our team at Asplundh, a full-service utility contractor. As a Groundperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient clearance of trees and vegetation for utility powerlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate chainsaws and other equipment to cut and remove branches and trees
  • Drag and gather brush and debris, feeding it into a woodchipper
  • Service and maintain company vehicles and equipment
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Entry-level position, no experience required, but previous experience a plus
