Group Therapist PRN

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Group/Activity Therapist to join our team at The Horsham Clinic. As a key member of our treatment team, you will be responsible for developing individualized interventions to assist patients in meeting their treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized interventions to assist patients in meeting their treatment goals
• Provide a variety of group therapies consistent with the clinical needs of the population and the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

• Masters Degree and Certification in Creative Arts Therapies (Music, Dance/Movement, and/or Yoga)
• Experience in Group Therapy required
• Demonstrated working knowledge of behavioral mental health, nursing clinical practices, and management
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others' activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment
