Salary and BenefitsThis PRN Physical Therapist opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
Responsibilities and QualificationsThe successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care. To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- The ability to lift and assist patients as needed, with the capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
