The Account Executive role involves managing a book of customers and products in the Containers segment of our Consumer Packaging North America Division. This person will be actively involved in discussions and decisions for existing and future business developments. They will identify, select, and be responsible for assigned territory and results to accelerate growth and profitability for our customers and Berry.

This position requires driving organic growth within the region by developing new business and increasing profitability. The Account Executive will align key Berry resource personnel with customer counterparts to develop deep relationships. They will develop and execute strategic plans to provide organic growth over three years and beyond while maintaining vital links to each respective Berry Division.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, up to 40% travel may be required. Candidates should live in Vancouver British Columbia or the Pacific Northwest region.
