Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team in the Skilled Nursing Unit. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols.
  • Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment.
  • Administer specified medications as allowed by policy and procedure, licensure, and State Practice Act.
  • Respond in a safe and timely manner to patient requests and reports significant observations to the RN promptly.
  • Participate in planning for patient's care by providing input to the RN and under the direction of the RN, assists in implementing the patient care plan.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN Program.
  • Experience in clinical setting preferred.
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in state of practice.
  • Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days.
