Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at St. Elizabeth Home, an Illuminus Community. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse
  • Lead, guide, and develop certified nursing assistants and resident assistants in the provision of quality care
  • Supervise the duties of certified nursing assistants and resident assistants
  • Perform medical treatments and report status to the registered nurse
  • Report resident changes in condition promptly to the registered nurse
  • Participate in following and updating plans of care
  • Promote resident-centered care
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Active CPR
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
