Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Shearer's Foods. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement maintenance and reliability strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Analyze equipment failures and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including equipment specifications and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and respond to equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in a related field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
