Dave & Buster's is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our Guests have an unforgettable experience at our venue. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to improve Guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional Guest service
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations
* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of success in improving Guest satisfaction and loyalty
