Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement player development strategies and activities specific to the Korean market.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to make Fantasy Springs Resort Casino their choice for gaming entertainment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Korean-speaking guests, coordinating events and creating personalized gaming experiences to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure superior guest service.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma/GED/College Degree.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, read and write required.
  • Five to seven years of prior experience in player development or a similar role within the casino industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Korean culture and customs.
  • Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
