About the Role:

We're seeking skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to provide Geriatric House CallsTM and deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert therapy services to older adults in a home setting
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to address patient needs

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) and degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care
