Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews, and special events.
  • Research and learn about the Career Services structure of employer relations, including scheduling OCR and OCI dates, posting in LCZ, and policies/procedures of recruiting at Clayton State.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with potential, current, and past employers.
  • Conduct research on available career employment opportunities and prepare resources for the outreach team.
  • Assist in providing customer service and recruitment information to employers participating in OCI, OCR, Meet Up Networking Night, Part-Time Job Fair, Internship Job Fair, and EIS.
Requirements:
  • Sophomore - Senior classification.
  • Outstanding professional and work ethic, written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service experience, ability to establish and maintain relationships, and experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
