Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking an Advanced Care Provider to join their team in Tacoma, Seattle, and Bellingham, WA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion.

About the Role:

  • This outpatient position will focus on providing primary care services, including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments, and in-office procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will have 18-22 patients per day on average, with 25-minute visits.
  • A competitive salary of $110,040-$139,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered.
  • The flexible shift schedule includes full-time, part-time, and four-day work week options, allowing for a great work-life balance.
  • You will work with a full range of patient populations from pediatric to geriatric-aged patients.
  • Collaboration with an incredible and collegial primary care team and staff is a key aspect of this role.
  • Ancillary teams may include social work, behavioral health, physical therapy, and pharmacy services.
  • Light to no call is required, depending on location.

Requirements:

  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Unrestricted APRN licensure in Washington, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Current DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • A minimum of one year of primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
