Work Environment
The Surgical Services Department provides pre-op and post-op inpatient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the areas of ENT and plastic surgery. This dynamic environment requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
This Clinical Nurse will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family or caregiver in accordance with established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
- Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- BSN degree preferred, but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in surgical services.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
