Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day transactional accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and perform monthly analysis.
  • Responsible for 990, 403(b) audits, and A-133 audit.
  • Manage and supervise a team of 7-8 people.
  • Complete annual performance reviews.
  • Prepare and drive budget reporting.
  • Develop internal controls.
  • Grant reporting for local, state, and federal funded grants.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Experience with Medicaid or healthcare is a plus.
