Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Bilingual Youth Care Workers, cultivating a collaborative and empowering atmosphere.
  • Manage daily routines and activities of the team, ensuring a structured, nurturing, and effective care environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a sincere commitment to working with children.
  • Capability to manage challenging situations with tact, patience, and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care is advantageous.
