ManTech is seeking a skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team in the DMV area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting tests on applications and related software elements to ensure their functionality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and report defects.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team and other Test Engineers to develop and execute test plans.
  • Provide detailed test results and recommendations to the broader Test Team and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinate Test Engineers on the program.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated test platforms such as Selenium.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
