Job Description:

**Overview**

Schneider is offering a unique opportunity for owner-operators to lease on with their company. This all-in revenue choice lease allows drivers to select loads, choose their home time, lanes, and revenue. As an owner-operator, you will haul tanker trailers at no charge while operating under Schneider's authority. The job involves hands-on loading and unloading of freight. Additionally, you will receive a $6,000 limited-time lease-on incentive.

**Qualifications**

To be eligible for this position, you must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. You should also have both a Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement. Furthermore, you must obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) within 90 days of lease start. Your tractor must meet specific requirements, including being 2010 or newer, passing a DOT inspection, meeting EPA10 emissions requirements, having a functioning Collision Mitigation System, and having a power take-off (PTO). Additional qualifications apply.

**Additional Advantages**

As an owner-operator with Schneider, you will receive compensation for time spent in lease-on orientation. You will also have access to discounts on fuel, tires, maintenance, and more through Schneider's Purchase Power Program. The company provides tools to help you succeed, including pumps and compressors, personal protective gear, a Samsung tablet, and free trailer usage. You will also have access to company facilities, which offer free parking, free laundry, meal options, exercise equipment, and more.

**Schedule**

This is a full-time position with a sign-on bonus of $6,000.
