Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will have the chance to manage various sectors of the facility; ensuring the production of high-quality components to meet plant objectives in safety, quality, and efficiency. The overnight shift (11pm-7:30am) is available.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that the equipment and processes utilized are safe for employees and the environment, achieving safety targets.
- Adhere to the Quality Management and Environmental Management System and Safety protocols on a daily basis.
- Detect and rectify quality issues.
- Assess and fulfill departmental training requirements, ensuring team members are qualified to operate machinery.
- Guide teams in enhancing processes, quality, cost-effectiveness, and employee development.
- Provide direction and supervision to production operators regarding expectations; address employee concerns; track employee performance, leave, and attendance.
- Monitor and respond to product flow to ensure appropriate staffing strategies to satisfy customer needs.
- Promote continuous improvement in 5S practices, cleanliness, organization, and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
