Chemical Research Scientist

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Technical Manufacturing Chemist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality materials for immunology-based chromatography and enzyme tests.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and maintain the production schedule for the manufacturing of bioreagents, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct thorough investigations into problem areas and propose improvements for production processes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
- Follow established safety procedures and implement new protocols as necessary, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Perform in-process quality control testing of manufacturing materials, including qualifications, quality inspections, and titration processes, to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) standards.
- Maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards, ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.
- Develop and implement protocols focused on product improvement, driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing processes.
- Manufacture both critical and non-critical bioreagents using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and quality in our products.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating manufacturing activities based on the production schedule and managing raw bioreagent supply as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with key laboratory equipment and techniques, including pipetting, spectrophotometry, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), pH meters, gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
