About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Civil Engineering team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project management, leadership, and profitability for civil engineering projects
  • Manage project budgets, staff supervision, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement project schedules and construction timelines
  • Perform financial management, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable
  • Lead client management, including status updates and project discussions
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to company standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License, required
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience
  • Experience in land development, required
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ability to mentor junior staff
