Restoration Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at ServiceMaster DSI. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects, supervising technicians, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion
• Supervise and train restoration technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
• Develop and implement effective restoration plans to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide excellent customer communication and relations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field
• Previous experience as a crew chief or supervisor in a fire and flood restoration company
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
