Job Title: Restoration Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team at ServiceMaster DSI. As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team of restoration technicians in the mitigation and restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by fire and water damage.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of restoration technicians in the mitigation and restoration of properties
  • Direct and supervise the work of restoration technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed in accordance with established protocols
  • Provide excellent customer communication and relations
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company
  • Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel out of town
  • Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT)
