About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video/Content Production Specialist to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing, capturing, and editing high-quality video content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and edit long and short-form video content for various business units, including partnerships, sales, service, engagement, and consumer marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop video content strategies and concepts.
  • Operate and maintain professional digital video and audio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Proficiently use digital editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Avid Media Composer.
  • Manage and organize video assets, including labeling, uploading, and storing footage.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of video production best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a video-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital editing software and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
