Position Overview for Billing Clerk:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities for Billing Clerk:
  • Develop Load Plans to optimize trailer capacity.
  • Arrange Appointments for Customer Shipments.
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding Inbound and Outbound activities.
  • Billing tasks – verify Load Plan against Closed Trailer Report and generate Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • Maintain filing systems (Factor Ticket Masters, BOL).
  • Manage Daily Shipping Log (print, confirm, and distribute).
  • Circulate daily documentation to departments at the end of the workday (BOL, Receivers).

Qualifications for Billing Clerk:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Preferred candidates will possess the following:
    • Experience in the corrugated container sector.
    • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel and MS Word).
