Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Transformation Consultant to join our Platform Strategy and Operations Team at Blue Shield of California.

Responsibilities
  • Drive critical business and vendor alignment by formulating complex systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
  • Develop or modify information systems, including analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements for complex or new systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing, designing, and forming solutions to meet business outcomes.
  • Leverage agile methodology and skill in business solution design to drive business requirements workshops and story writing.
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
  • Anticipate unrealized problems or dependencies and recommends solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Salesforce or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve cross-functional problems related to business operations utilizing statistical analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of and ability to perform analyses, process mapping, root-cause, risk, and requirements data gathering (requirements eliciting writing and review).
  • Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, flow and process diagramming presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a strong collaborative environment while independently delivering results.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,900.00 to $163,500.00 based on location and experience.
