Senior Biomarker Assay Development Scientist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Scientist to lead our biomarker assay development efforts. As a key member of our Research & Development organization, you will be responsible for developing biomarker assay strategies, qualifying new biomarker assays, and introducing innovative technological platforms and methods for biomarker quantification.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead biomarker assay strategies for the development and qualification of assays for TE biomarkers, PoM biomarkers, and disease modulation-associated biomarkers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize biomarker assay development projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Represent the organization in the external scientific community through impactful research publications and presentations.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in conducting biomarker assay establishment and analytical qualification.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
