Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Kayser Chrysler Sauk City. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, communicating directly with customers and Service Advisors to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
  • B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, with an eagerness to improve and learn new technology.
