Job Description:

The Operations Solutions Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving business-driven initiatives and internal product improvement opportunities within Fidelity's Health and Welfare organization.

This role will focus on supporting ongoing operations for Health and Welfare clients and Reimbursement Account clients, ensuring the accuracy of file business requirements and serving as process authorities for system development projects.

The Operations Solutions Team is a key component of Fidelity's Health & Welfare organization, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

We are a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of our work.

The Expertise You Bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in financial services, HR, payroll, benefits, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management
  • Experience with Health Care Industry specific file interfaces
  • Payroll, Human Resources and Benefits experience is desired
  • Strong knowledge of Fidelity's End to End business process life cycle and a solid grasp of data process flows, plan level provisions, and Fidelity HRS recordkeeping processes
  • Functional experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to perform analysis on large data sets, preferred
  • ANSI Knowledge, preferred
  • Experience with file creation strategies across formats, preferred
  • CBAP Certification, preferred
