**About the Role**

We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Le Creuset Group. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store team to achieve sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Meet company sales, service, and KPI goals to support the success of the store team.
  • Utilize the Recipe for Successful Selling approach while interacting with customers, promoting in-store promotions, contests, and incentives.
  • Deliver a joyful customer experience by adding customers to Personal Trade, utilizing and demonstrating product knowledge, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Execute and maintain store standards, including visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activities.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to the needs of the business, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
