We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
- Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, and vacuum to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail and responding to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses, and contribute to team efforts to resolve issues.
- Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Some housekeeping experience is preferred, but willing to train.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
