Role Overview
The Investment Consultant plays a pivotal role in achieving personal production targets and enhancing customer service objectives across all designated branches and/or client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
As an Investment Consultant, you will:
- Establish meaningful relationships with clients and potential clients to identify their financial objectives.
- Conduct client meetings to assess investment aspirations, prepare tailored presentations, and recommend suitable investment products.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met through the sale of investment and securities solutions, focusing on advisory services.
- Deliver comprehensive investment and insurance strategies based on a holistic financial planning approach that considers all assets, goals, timelines, and risk appetites.
- Foster strong connections with existing clients, pursue new business opportunities, and effectively manage an established client base.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards set by FINRA and insurance guidelines, along with company policies.
- Complete necessary compliance training and participate in required organizational meetings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to professional growth and development.
- Assist in organizing branch seminars and ensure appropriate follow-up with attendees.
- Engage in the execution of local marketing initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and proactively manage future investment requirements.
Compensation
This position operates on a commission-based salary structure, with an annual earning potential of $64,480.00.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- FINRA Series Securities Industry Essentials Examination, 7, 63 registrations; IAR (65/66 or equivalent designation).
- Life, Health & Variable Licenses.
- A minimum of three years of experience in financial services sales and client service.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to personal development and knowledge expansion.
