Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Western Reserve Masonic Community Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver the highest quality care possible.
Responsibilities:- Assign and evaluate the duties of Nursing Assistants
- Evaluate the job performance of subordinate nursing personnel
- Observe patients and report any adverse reactions to medication or treatment
- Administer prescribed medication and document in medication administration records
- Use equipment such as catheters, tracheotomy tubes, and oxygen suppliers
- Must be a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
