Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and excellence in the high net worth practice.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and industry partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or leadership within the private client personal lines insurance space.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and excellence in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
