Proven ability to establish trust and effective working relationships with clients. Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and web browsers. Experience must reflect problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Grants Coordinator III:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of pre-award research administration experience at a university or public institution; equivalent education/experience considered. Knowledge of Uniform Guidance and experience with electronic proposal submission systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven ability to establish trust and effective working relationships with clients. Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and web browsers. Experience must reflect problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Grants Coordinator I:
Basic understanding of grant proposals, budgets, and sponsor guidelines within a university context. Familiarity with relevant systems.
Grants Coordinator II:
Experience in grant proposal review and submission within a university context. Familiarity with relevant systems and certifications.
Grants Coordinator III:
Master's degree with extensive experience in pre-award research administration tasks. Familiarity with relevant systems and certifications.
