Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Plumber Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with Carpentry Expertise to become a part of our proactive team.

This position encompasses a range of plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance duties, ensuring the utmost quality of service for our clientele.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in utilizing the CAFM System BigChange on a company-provided tablet and demonstrate strong capabilities in both plumbing and carpentry.


Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and emergency plumbing maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and inspections.

Execute carpentry tasks such as door replacements, lock changes, and various general carpentry duties.

Leverage the CAFM System BigChange to oversee and document all maintenance operations.

Identify and rectify a variety of maintenance challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to client activities.

Perform inspections and assessments to guarantee adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Collaborate with fellow team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Maintain precise records of completed work and materials utilized.

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.

Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Participate in a 1 in 4 weekly on-call rotation to provide emergency assistance.

Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Strong carpentry skills, including the ability to replace doors, change locks, and perform general carpentry tasks.

Basic plumbing skills, including the ability to fix leaks, replace taps, and perform general plumbing duties.

Experience in flooring work is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using the CAFM System BigChange is highly advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
