Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a School Nurse. This is a contract position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care and support to students with various health needs, including those with medically fragile conditions, tracheostomies, and other complex medical requirements.
  • Administer medications, manage diabetic care, and provide assistance with toileting, suctioning, and catheter care as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification as a Certified School Nurse (CSN) or equivalent credentials in your state of residence or employment.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) degree.
