Position Overview

The Store Leadership Executive plays a crucial role in guiding a team of sales associates to enhance customer experiences. This position involves recruiting and training skilled store personnel, developing work schedules, setting performance benchmarks, and assisting sales associates in addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The Store Leadership Executive will oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management and achieving financial objectives and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Retail Operations:
    • Design and assess product displays to optimize sales opportunities.
    • Administer the store's inventory, focusing on loss prevention strategies.
    • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and uphold merchandising standards.
    • Ensure that company sales growth targets are consistently achieved.
    • Conduct daily cash reconciliation activities.
    • Guarantee that the store environment remains clean and organized.
  • Manage Store Personnel Effectively:
    • Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage store staff.
    • Develop employee schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion.
    • Provide training for new hires and ongoing support for existing staff.
    • Establish performance criteria for staff, including sales metrics and customer feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork and maximizes individual contributions.
  • Demonstrate Reliable Attendance: Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Follow all established company guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, selection, training processes, and personnel information systems.
  • Ability to provide guidance and set performance expectations for team members.
