Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize development efforts.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and features that enhance the customer experience.
  • Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of content within the portal.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the portal.
  • Monitor portal analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing user interfaces for web-based applications, preferably in a customer portal or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles, usability testing, and web analytics.
