- Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
- Experience working within an educational setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
