Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
  • Experience working within an educational setting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
