Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Establish collaborative relationships with school staff, students, teachers, families, community members, and service providers.
  • Results Based Leadership: Lead teams from concept to implementation, maintaining accountability toward goals.
  • Project Management: Develop well-designed action plans, manage budgets effectively, delegate strategically, and communicate clearly.
  • Data Driven Decision Making: Identify and integrate key data sources, share data with stakeholders, and ensure students receive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience with students with disabilities.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with inclusive education models.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience managing a project budget.
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills, and proven ability to handle sensitive and/or stressful situations.
  • Clearance of all background checks and fingerprints.

Salary and Schedule

We offer an estimated salary range of $70,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous benefits package and a comprehensive schedule including an 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday.
