Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team at Carolina Eating Disorders. As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess nutritional needs and develop personalized dietary plans for patients
  • Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions
  • Monitor food service operations to ensure compliance with nutritional, safety, and quality standards
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
  • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for endorsement
  • Experience working with eating disorders and substance abuse populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field
  • Experience in food service management
  • Certification in nutrition counseling or a related field
